Medium minor pronounced red fruits and oak. Red cherries, red berries. A decent amount of oak smoke and toast. Lovely coconut and sweet spice: Vanilla, hints of cinnamon, etc. Dry, medium + acidity, medium plus tannins, medium plus alcohol. Medium plus bodied. Red cherries and charred wood on the palate. Medium minor finish however. This wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 16months, well over the minimum requirement of 12months for Crianza. 100% Tempranillo grape. Vineyard in Rioja Alta.
